4 cups diced rhubarb
1 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 3oz pkg, Strawberry jello
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 cup sliced strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, wand & sugar in saucepan & cook until rhubarb in tender. Pour over jello and stir until dissolved. Add orange rind & orange juice.

Chill until syrupy & then add strawberries.

Pour into a mold and chill overnight.
