Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 onion - chopped
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the beef, raw rice, onion, salt & pepper. Make into small balls and place in a shallow pan.

Cover the mixture with tomato soup & water mixed together.

Bake in a slow oven @ 350 for 2 hrs. covered. Baste occasionally with the pan juice.
