Dressing:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard


Salad:

1 lb. fresh spinach leaves, bite size pieces
1 pt. strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1/2 c. sliced red onion, separated into rings

Directions:

Combine dressing ingredients in food processor and pour over all salad items. Toss together and chill until serving time.
