1 sm. onion, minced
2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
3 c. diced cooked meat
1 c. diced cooked potato
1 dill pickle, diced
1/2 c. chopped olives
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter about 2-3 minutes, add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes longer. Add to meat, potato, pickle, and olives and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and stir in sour cream. Put in shallow 2-qt. baking dish and sprinkle with eggs. Put tomato slices around edge and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
