Ingredients:
1 lb butter
8 ounces olive oil (good)
4 ounces anchovy fillets
8 cloves garlic (or more)
Assorted vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli savory cabbage and mushrooms)

Directions:
Directions:
In an electric fry pan, simmer butter oil, and garlic very slowly until garlic is golden. Add anchovies. Simmer until dissolved. Add bite size vegetable pieces. Cook until done. Serve on slices of Italian bread. Keep adding vegetables and continue to simmer.

Personal Notes:
You can keep vegetables in larger pieces and dip into oil instead of mixing them with the oil. Grandma made this for me for a New Year's Eve party many years ago. This is something you wouldn't want to eat often, but defiantly should try.
