2 or 3lb. chicken cut up 1 (8 ounce) jar apricot preserves 1 package onion soup 1 - 8oz. jar thousand island dressing
Place washed and cup chicken in baking dish, do not layer. First spoon apricot preservers on each piece of chicken then sprinkle with onion soup. Last pour dressing over each piece of chicken. Cover and bake at 350° 1 1/2 hours.
