3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1 pt. half and half
1 c. grated cheddar
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 can sliced olives
4 c. cooked chopped chicken
1 box uncle bens long grain and wild rice cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add cream and heat until thick. Stir well. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Combine mushrooms and olives in small bowl. Place 1/2 chicken in greased 9 x 13 dish. Add 1/2 cheese sauce and mushroom olive mixture. Repeat layers top with seasoned bread crumbs and additional cheese. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
