1/4 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
11/2 lb summer squash cubed
1 medium potato cubed
4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 large can crushed tomatoes
parmesan cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute. Add squash and cook 10 minutes. Add potatoes, broth, basil, tomatoes, 1 can water and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook until potatoes are done. Blend in batches in blender.
