3 very ripe tomatoes cut up 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 onion roughly chopped 1 jalapeno pepper seeded 1 anaheim pepper or serrano seeded 2 tbsp lime juice 1 small pinch fresh cilantro 1 tsp salt and pepper 2 dashes tabasco
Put all ingredients in blender and blend well. For more heat leave some of the jalapeno seeds in. Will keep in refrigerator for a couple of days. You can also chop rather than blend all ingredients for a great pico de gallo.
