6 tilapia filets 1 c. parmesan cheese 1 c. seasond bread crumbs 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 stick melted butter 1/4 c. olive oil 4 tbsp. butter salt and pepper
Mix dry ingredients in a large dish. Dip fish in melted butter and then in dry ingredients. Put into a large skillet that has the heated olive oil and butter. Cook over medium heat. Turn fish when crust is golden brown.
