1 egg white 1 tsp. cold water 1 lb pecan halves 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt
Combine egg white and cold water. Beat until frothy. Add pecans and mix. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add pecans and mix well. Put in buttered pan and bake at 225 for and hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
