1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large head romaine lettuce
1 head boston lettuce
1 pint strawberries sliced
1 c. monterey jack cheese
1 c. sugar toasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
For the dressing combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. Cover and shake and store in refrigerator. For the salad tear the lettuce into bite sized pieces. Combine with the strawberries, cheese and walnuts in a bowl and toss to mix. Add the dressing just before serving.
