1 lb. Italian sausage
2 cups beef broth
1 16oz. can tomatoes - cut up
1 green pepper - diced
1/2 cup onion - minced
1 clove garlic - minced
1/2 tsp. italian dressing
1 16oz can pork & beans
1 Tbls. parsley - chopped
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Brown and crumble sausage - drain. Combine other ingredients and add to sausage. Cover and cook in microwave for 15 min on high. Turn & cook 10 min. more.

This came from a good friend Betty Zwick and in my son Tim's favorite. It is nice because you do it in the microwave. I usually double the recipe, but yo need a very large microwave dish.
