2 boxes chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom
11/2 c. grated sharp cheddar
2 eggs beaten
1 c. mayo
2 tbsp. diced onion
salt and pepper
1 c. crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Mix together all other ingredients and add cooked broccoli. Place in a baking dish and top with cracker crumbs. Cook for 45 minutes at 350.
