1 can salmon
1 medium chopped finely
1/2 cup milk
Saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salmon and onion. Put in baking dish and break saltine crackers over the top. Pour milk over salmon, add salt & pepper.

Let set for 1/2 hr. before baking @ 375 for 30 min.
