1 whole chicken or precut chicken with skin
6 Tbls. butter
Garlic, salt - to taste
Parsley
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbls. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter & season with garlic, salt and chopped parsley, add white wine.

In bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.

Butter large shallow baking pan. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then roll in cheese/bread crumb mixture. Place skin side down in baking dish.

Bake @ 350 for 30 min. then reduce heat to 300 and continue baking for another 30 min.
