3 Tbls. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion - finely chopped
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
1 stalk celery with leaves - sliced
2-3 med. zucchini - diced
1 1/2 qts. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 - 1lbs. can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup orzo
2 Tbls. chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese

Heat onion in large heavy kettle and sauté onion & garlic until tender but not brown. Add celery & zucchini & cook 5 min.

Add broth, pepper, salt, tomato's, basil & oregano. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat & simmer 10 min.

Add orzo & cook 5 min or until barely tender. Add parsley and server with parmesan cheese.
