2 cup celery cut in 1" strips 2 cup carrots cut in 1" strips 2 cup sliced onion 2 cup coarsely chopped tomatoes 3/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tsp. salt 2 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 Tbls. sugar 3 Tbls. minute tapioca
Combine ingredients in large casserole.
Cover and bake @ 325 for 1 3/4 - 2 1/2 hrs. or until vegetables are tender.
