2 1/4 Stick butter - softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs - separated
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 - 8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced,

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and set aside. Cream butter and add sugar gradually. Add yolks, flour a & vanilla. Then fold in egg whites and mix. (will make a thick batter)

Spread in large jelly roll size pan. Place peaches on top in rows.

Bake @ 350 for 40-45 min.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
