3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, milk, butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla and pour into baking dish. Blend topping ingredients well. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
