1 pkg (12 oz.) wide egg noodles
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions. Pour in to casserole dish.
SautÚ onion and bell pepper in butter until onion is soft and translucent. Mix mushroom soup and milk until smooth; add mushrooms, onion and bell pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly.
Pour over noodles and sprinkle generously with bread crumbs. Bake at 350║ for 15-20 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned.
