1 cup flour
1 cup butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 pkgs (3 oz. each) instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Chopped nuts

1st layer: Mix flour and butter together; press into 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool.
2nd layer: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over 1st layer.
3rd layer: Mix lemon pudding and milk with fork until thickened. Pour over 2nd layer. Let stand for 5 minutes.
4th layer: Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over 3rd layer and top with chopped nuts.
Store in refrigerator.
