Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
6 egg yolks
3 cups raisins
3 cups walnuts
Tart shells
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in double boiler. Cook for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Mixture will darken in color and thicken. Keep in a covered container in a cool place. Serve in tart shells with whipped cream
