2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 T. onion, chopped
1 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. lemon zest
2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. pepper
1 1/2 c. (6 oz) cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine the chicken, almonds, egges, onion, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and top with the potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
