5 c. flour 8 eggs 2 c. oil for frying 3 pkg. yeast 2 tbsp. salt 1 quart water
Preheat oil to 360 degrees. Mix eggs and water. Add dry ingredients to eggs. Form a dough. Let rise until doubled in size. Work dough with hands to a fist size disk. Wrap around fingers and shape into 11/2 inch rolls. Fry until brown and floating to top.
