2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
11/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbps grated orange rind
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2 cups cranberrys

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl mix orange juice, rind, egg and shortening. Fold in cranberrys and nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover edges with foil during the last 30 minuts of cooking.
