4 yellow squash 1/8 tsp. red pepper 1 large onion chopped parmesan flavored bread crumbs 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sharp chedder grated
Boil sliced squash and onion until soft. Drain and put into a greased baking dish. Add pats of butter, bread crumbs, 1/2 of the cheese and red pepper. Mix well and add remaining cheese on top. Add paprika for color. Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350.
