Ingredients:  
1/2 can creamed corn
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with baking powder. Beat egg and add to flour mixture. Add salt and corn. Heat enough oil to cover fritters and drop 1 spoonful at a time into hot oil. Fritters will rise and brown quickly. Cook until done.
