1 lb. stew beef
2 c. tomato sauce
1 lb. green beans
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 large potatoes peeled and quartered
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Add sauce and bay leaf. Simmer on low for about an hour or until beef is tender. Add quartered potatoes, fresh green beans cover and simmer for another 30 minutes or until veggies are done. Remove bay leaf and serve with crusty bread for dipping.
