2 Cups unsalted butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz Callebaut Callets
8-10 Skor bars chopped coarsely
3 cups chopped nuts
5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend to a fine powder)

Directions:

Cream butter and both sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt baking powder and soda. Add Callets, Skor pieces and nuts, scoop out balls, bake if a thicker softer cookie is wanted, I flatten to make a crunchy cookie.
Bake 10 -12 minutes at 375. Makes about 120 cookies
