2 onions sliced thin
6 potatoes sliced thin
2 lbs. ground beef - uncooked
2/3 cup uncooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1 large can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish start layering each ingredient in order listed above. Do not put to much of each ingredient. Season each layer with salt, pepper & oregano.

Bake @ 375 for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

This is my favorite dish that my Grandma Frieders made. She would make it on Sunday's and we would all go to her house for dinner. After she passed away, my Dad took over making this for Sunday meals
