5 pounds potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 3 oz pkg cream cheese (I used 1/3 less fat)
1 cup sour cream (I used low fat)
2 tsp onion salt (I used 1 tsp onion salt/1 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp salt
1/4 lb butter creamed
dash pepper
4 tablespoons butter on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the last 4 tablespoons butter, together thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to bake, place in baking dish, (I put in the baking dish as soon as it was mixed together), dot with remaining butter and heat uncovered until heated through, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Hint: Recipe can be kept in the refrig for 2 weeks before baking. May be frozen ahead of time too.
