4 oz herbed cream cheese spread 2 Tbls butter or margarine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 egg beaten
1 Tbls water
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halfs (1 lb)
1/2 pkg 17oz size Pepperidge Farms puff pasty sheets

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet over med. heat, melt butter. Season chicken with salt & pepper if desired. Add chicken, cook til brown. Remove chicken & refrigerate for 15 mins-24 hours. Thaw pastry 20 mins at room temperature. Mix egg & water, set aside. Preheat oven to 400. Unfold pasty on lightly flowered surface, roll into 14 square then cut into four 7-in. squares. Spread 2 tbls cheese spread in center of each square. Sprinkle 1 Tbls parsley and top with chilled breast. Brush edges of squares with egg mixture. Fold each corner to center over chicken, seal edges. Place seam side down on baking sheet & brush with egg mixture. Bake 25 mins or until golden brown.
