4 c. torn romaine
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 c.olive oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On a serving platter, arrange the romaine, oranges and onion. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle dressing over the salad, serve immediately.
