6 eggs
3 c. sugar
4 T. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 pts. half and half
2 c. whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar well. Add remaining ingredients and put in 4 qt. freezer.

For Cherry Nut Ice-Cream: Add 1 jar cherries, 1 c. pecans (use 1/2 c. less sugar).
