Salt
Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
salt
pepper
1 can diced tomatoes
onion - sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sliced potatoes in a 13X9 dish.

Sauté' diced tomatoes, sliced onion in 1 Tbsp. olive oil.

Season with sale, pepper & garlic powder. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, dot with butter and bake until tender.
