1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
3 Tbls. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup green onions & tops (3-4)
5 cups diced potatoes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak mustard and celery seed in vinegar (several hrs. or over night is best)

Combine seed mixture with salt & onion. Add potatoes and mix lightly. Add mayo and chopped eggs.

Toss to mix & chill
