1 cup flour 1 cup quick cooking oats 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter - softened 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) 6oz. package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and butter in bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup. Press mixture in bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Bake 10 min. Pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with nuts & chocolate chips. Top with remaining oat mixture and press down. Bake 25-30 min.
