Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cans Dennison's Chili con carne without beans
2 cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 pkg corn tortillas
cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in a large kettle, drain. Add the chili and tomatoes. Rinse the cans out with a little water and add to the beef mixture. Simmer until heated through - about 10-15 minutes.
Spray a deep-dish casserole with Pam. Place a layer of tortillas on the bottom. Spread enough of the beef mixture over the tortillas to cover. Repeat layers, ending with the beef mixture.
Use whatever kind of cheese you have on hand (cheddar, jack, Velveeta, swiss, etc.). Cut slices about 1/4" thick. Place on top of casserole in a pinwheel fashion. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Freezes well.
