1 pkg Tater Tots
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cans hot water
2 cups leftover ham (or turkey) cut into chunks
Pepper to taste

Optional toppings:
Shredded cheese
Crushed potato chips
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a large, deep casserole dish, layer tater tots and ham, beginning and ending with tater tots. In a bowl or measuring cup, mix together the soup and hot water just until blended. Pour over tater tots. Sprinkle one of the toppings over the top (if using cheese, wait until last 15 minutes to add). Bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Serves 6-8.
