1 medium head of lettuce (shredded)
1 C small green peas
1 C chopped bell pepper
1/2 C chopped red onion
4 hard boiled eggs (sliced or diced)
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 pint sour cream
1 pint mayonnaise
1 envelope Hidden Valley Dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in order: lettuce, bell pepper, green peas, hard boiled
eggs, red onion, bacon. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and
Hidden Valley ranch dressing. Spread on top of salad. Cover
with cheese. Cover tightly and chill for at least 8 hours.
