1/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 large bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Cut up and add bananas (don't mash). Add dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
