1-3 lbs. stew beef
6 carrots, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 large onion, sliced
6 potatoes, quartered
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 1/2 c. tomato juice, more if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in order given in casserole dish. Bake in 250F oven for 4 hours.
