3Tbsp light mayo,1/2-1 chipolte pepper finely chopped,1/4tsp ground cumin,salt and lime juce to taste,2 10in wheat tortillas,200gr of thinly sliced roast beef,1 avacado peeled and cut into wedges, 1cup of shredded lettuce.

mix mayo,chipolte pepper,cumin,salt and lime juice in bowl.divide in 1/2 and spread on one side of each tortilla,lay beef on top of mayo mixture,lay lettuce and avocado on beef and roll up tightly.
