2 cans cream style corn, may use 1 can whole corn 4 eggs or 1 carton egg beaters 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 package mexican cornbread mix 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 cup oil or oil substitute
Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
