4 cups apples peeled and diced 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 cups walnuts 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 2 eggs 3/4 cup veg. oil 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla
pre heat oven at 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Whisk together sugar,oil,eggs,spice,salt,baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in flour, add apples and walnuts. Bake for 55 min. to 65 min.
