4-5 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (10-12)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sliced peaches, 3/4 sugar, and lemon juice mix well and let stand 1 hour. Mix together graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and butter and press into bottom of pan. Blend cool whip, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth and pour over crust. Drain 1 cup of juice off the peaches. Add corn starch to juice. Mix together and cook until thick and clear. Add peaches and mix together. Pour over top of cool whip mixture. Chill and serve.
