1 pkg (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 pkg (4 3/4 oz.) Jello vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 cups water
1 tub (9 oz.) Cool whip
1 tsp rum extract
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2-3/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Combine lemon jello, pudding mix, and sugar in large batter bowl. Add water. Stir well with whisk. Cook on high heat for 12 minutes stirring every 4 minutes. Mixture should come to a full boil. Stir well, then chill until thickened. When mixture is completely chilled, thoroughly blend in Cool Whip, rum extract, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour into a 10 cup mold that has been sprayed with Mazola No Stick. Chill until firm.
Meanwhile, melt cranberry sauce in large bowl until very hot (not boiling), about 6 minutes on high heat. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup reserved juice. Stir into melted cranberry sauce. Let this cool and add drained pineapple and walnuts. Pour into mold on top of jellied nog mixture.
