2 tbsp shortening
1 pkg (16 oz.) macaroni
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup medium cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp paprika

Grease crock pot with shortening. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine all remaining ingredients, except paprika and 4 oz. cheddar cheese in large bowl. Mix well. Spoon into greased crock pot. Top with 4 oz. cheese and paprika. Cook, covered on low for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 6 servings.
