Ingredients:  
1/2 cup of pineapple juice;
3 T. lemon juice;
1/2 cup of sugar;
1-1/2 T. flour;
2 beaten eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and 1/4 cup of water in top of a double boiler. Cook until slightly thick. Cool and serve over fruit salad (like with bananas, pineapple, oranges, etc.)
